The Station

AN AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 21st day of July 1909, by and between JOHN P. PETTYJOHN & COMPANY of LYNCHBURG, VIRGINA and THE SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY to build a COMBINATION DEPOT at NORCROSS in the State of GEORGIA, for the sum total amount of FOUR THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY ($4750.00) DOLLARS---

This is the first paragraph of the contract to build THE DEPOT. You can view the entire contract along with hundreds of other pieces of RAILROAD related memorabilia and artifacts when you stop by THE NORCROSS STATION CAFE.

While the trains no longer stop here, they do pass by frequently (sorry no schedule) enjoy your meal and the rustic atmosphere, inside the renovated DEPOT or outside on one our decks, overlooking the many shops of downtown HISTORIC NORCROSS.

Since opening our doors in 1993 we have focused on one simple concept. Be consistant. Give people good food, generous portions, charge them a reasonable price and allow them to enjoy themselves in a fun and friendly atmosphere, and they will come back.

Our menu consists of over 60 made from scratch items but most of our regulars have their favorite that keep them coming back.

Located in the heart of downtown HISTORIC NORCROSS just 5 minutes from the perimeter (285) or I-85.
